I just wanted to take a moment to mention that our Sales Person, Jim Monti has gone up and beyond the call to insure that we were Happy with our purchase of our 2011 Chevy Impala. Since 2002 we have been following Abel Barazza with purchasing new cars. In 2005 we bought two cars in two weeks with him. Its great to have such a wonderful communication with your sales person. I just associate Brian F and Brian Weinberg and Toyota together as criminal partners looking to screw the customer with a smile. I wish I never would have walked in their door. If you call with an issue they will act like you aren't human. There service department repair guys might be a little bit more honest, because they don't work off commission like the bloody sales people. Yet you should just avoid this place altogether. I have seen many complaints about both their sales and repair costs. Just check out their website videos on Youtube: Notice how their eyes shift away or their voices crack when they try to tell you that you are going to get a good deal at Grossinger Autoplex, because they can't even say it with a straight face. You seem extremely nervous or just oblivious to honestly in the 40 video that I watched. Who funded this AutoPlex ? It seems strange when they aren't selling as many cars, because of the economy, to open such a place. I am suspect, because of the dishonestly that flows from this place. Maybe you'll write me and say this is the only business model we know, because honesty can't sell cars. Doesn't power package include the truck remote? It does on your website but not on the car you sold me! (smoke and mirrors technique) You charged me full price for half the options, so that I would think it has to be included if they were charging me so much. Oh, yeah I was told it hand the power package, but it only had a few of the features that are included in that package from Toyota's own website. Why are the reviews posted on your website not dated or signed by name? Is it maybe because these are reviews from customers of your old Wells street location? Do you think that you should post these old reviews to represent your new location? Most of the new reviews I see are negative. Maybe i'm wrong, but's it's a great question. Have you ever send out a memo or shown a video that told workers that they couldn't use review sites to falsify stats with positive reviews because that is illegal? I have taken my 2008 Cadillac CTS into Grossinger on a couple of occasions for service and my experience has always been excellent. While I waited for the intial assessment of my vehicle's service needs I spent time with the new car sales department and both the Sales Manager and sales associate I met with were helpful with my consideration of leasing a new vehicle once my current lease agreement is completed. I received both a follow up phone call and email inquiring about my experience and service level and that was very much appreciated.
