I was surprised by the bill. I thought I was getting an oil change and minimum 30k mile service….rotate the tires, change an air filter. 800 dollars later I got the truck back. I should have received a call if the charges were going to be over a certain amount ie ar least an estimate if charges before work was done. Also, when I tried to use the 10% coupon that was mailed by Grossman the cashier said it wasn’t eligible. Only after pushing it directly with the service manager was I refunded. More
