Sarah Kelly is an exceptional salesperson. I initially did not buy the vehicle, and opted to do some additional shopping around, however I kept in touch, and she was very patient and understanding. I felt as if she treated us like family. My husband and I were so impressed with her knowledgeable, friendly, warm personality, that we returned to her and closed the deal on our wonderful vehicle w/n a few weeks. Chris Champagne was wonderful as well with the financial paper, methodical, very patient with explaining each faucet of the process. Even though I did not finance the car with him there was no animosity or ill favor. I highly recommend Grossman Nissan because of the wonderful experience I had with these two individuals. BY FAR the BEST Nissan service team you will find for NV Vans. Not scared of upfits and understand these trucks better than any dealer we've ever used. Nissan factory support is crap so if you cant find a Vans. Not scared of upfits and understand these trucks better than any dealer we've ever used. Nissan factory support is crap so if you cant find a good dealer you are screwed. Worth going out of your way to use them. We've generally found most Nissan Dealers inadequate. Awful experience with a lease buyout. Completely lied about fees 'required by law,' made up other fees. Would have added more than $1500 extra to buying out my lease. Nissan service needs major work done to it. It always takes more than an hour to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 10 am today knowing it would take an hour to get done takes more than an hour to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 10 am today knowing it would take an hour to get done and still give me time to get to work. It took 30 minutes to get my car into the garage and that's only because I told them my appointment was at 10 and I had to be to work in 45 minutes. Now I'm going to be late to work. I'm extremely upset. I would like a resolution to this and immediately. More
