Made it Happen!! I owed more then my car was worth, needed seating for 6, on a tight budget, and was leaving for vacation in less then a week. I checked with 3 large Dealerships and was told by all that " No problem, we can make things work" After many hrs they all came back with a payment way higher then I wanted, and only 1 Vehicle on their lot to choose. I like honesty and Josh at Grote gave it to me straight. He was upfront that what I was asking for was almost impossible, but that he would see what they have and what my options were. Low and behold, he pulled the rabbit out of the hat and got me a very nice 2011 Expedition and Jim got me a great rate that will save me thousands on the life of the loan. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you guys, I will spread the word. More

NEVER AGAIN, Paid over 20000 for a SUV IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP ABOUT 7 TIMES 5 OF THE SEVEN TIMES I HAD TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THE 2300 I PAID FOR IN A MAINTENANCE Paid over 20000 for a SUV IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP ABOUT 7 TIMES 5 OF THE SEVEN TIMES I HAD TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THE 2300 I PAID FOR IN A MAINTENANCE PLAN COVERS ALMOST NOTHING NOW THAT ALL THE COVER UP PAINT HAS WASHED OFF IM STUCK WITH A RUSTED OUT 2011 THAT KEEPS BRAKING DOWN. .......... THEIR AWSOME ADVICE PUT ABOUT ANOTHER 3 TO 4 THOUSAND DOWN TO TRADE IT IN TO THEM. This was the worst purchase in my life i advise anyone buying a car from ther to take it to a machanic first. Im out about 4000 so fare and it still has issues. And still have about 18000 to pay it off. More

From Happy to Unhappy Customer When we bought the car it was great. Service was wonderful and the sales rep helped as much as possible to get us in a nice suv as requested. Well days later we heard noises in the front end and took car in 3 different times before the 30 day warranty and they said no issues but yet told us they scraped corrosion off brakes the first return. I explained the noise had gotten worse and it didn't sound right to drive my kids. Took to chevy dealer as one of the managers suggested and I need brakes and rotors bad and Grote WONT fix it not even meet us halfway with cost. Shady people because the same rep who sold us the car agreed with the service technician and said there is no problem just moist on the rotots from the weather. Then they had nerve to say we have sold others of this same vehicle with same noise and nothing was wrong. So basically are you telling me you sold same car all with bad brakes and rotors. More

I took very good care of it and never thought I would be stranded with no way to get to work the motor blew in the car I have been driving since 2006. I took very good care of it and never thought I would be stranded with no way to get to work or anywhere! I took a loan out on the car one year ago so no one would let me take a loan for another car because it was considered a two car loan. Brian Brothers worked with me to get the car I needed and liked. I never felt pressured into anything or made to feel bad about my less than perfect credit. wanted to say thank you to Brian and everyone there. The staff is very professional and considerate. More
