Why does the agent have to huff and puff and rolling eyes when I come in 5pm on my scheduled time ? If the timing is not welcomed, why does the self scheduling have the spot open for appointments? More

I brought a coupon that it is pertinent to my VIN number, but the adviser said that there's additional charge for synthetic oil. Then why did the coupon have my VIN number, but I could not use it?
