My service representative Kwadjo is always a pleasure to work with. Knowing the size of my family offered me a bigger sized loaner vehicle however I told him the sedan works fine as we had another vehicle. He kept me up to date with the work status of my vehicle and also offered the complimentary vehicle delivery however I decided to just come pick my vehicle up in person as that was more convenient with the rounds I had to make afterwards. Great service team at Gillman Acura.

I had the car fixed in time for a road trip out of town. The part was ordered and arrived the next morning so the car is ready by lunch tkme for the trip. I had a good trip the car was driving very good as expected.

I had AC cooling issue for my 2024 Acura MDX which is still under Acura warranty. I call to schedule a warranty service. The service department told me that they wil charge $500 for checking on my AC issue. This is ridiculous and unbelievable: I reported AC issue and all service department needs to do is simply check and feel if my car has cold air. Once this is confirmed, then you can check and fix where the problem is based on my manufacturer warranty. Once I hear this and try to ask for another service rep or momager to talk and was refused, I took my MDX to Gillman Acura with a long drive from Katy. Service rep confirmed my AC issue as soon as I brought my car there, and then started to have their shop working on my car. It was confirmed to be a bad oil ring and leaking Freon. They fixed and my AC cooling is working again. Comparing the two dealership, I wonder how John Eagle is doing their service business. It is terrible experience for me, and I suggest to check other Acura dealer before you go to this one - terrible experience and service
