Brandy @ Service Dept was great & helpful! If you bring your car there for maintenance, see Brandy. She'll take good care of your car. However, the schedule appointment system was very bad. I If you bring your car there for maintenance, see Brandy. She'll take good care of your car. However, the schedule appointment system was very bad. It didn't show that I make an appointment while I had email confirmation. I got there a few minutes early & waited for 20 minutes to find out i didn't have an appointment with the advisor that I had made. So, don't do online appointment. This wasn't the first time it happened to me. More

Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued, especially my service advisor Brandy who tailored the service and the adv attention to the customer. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued, especially my service advisor Brandy who tailored the service and the advice for my specific needs. There is an Acura dealer closer to home, but I drive the extra distance because I know I will be taken care of here. More

I took my car into what used to be Sterling McCaul Acura (now Group 1) for scheduled maintenance. I was upsold on other service as well (my fault) and quoted one number for the services. I then received an (now Group 1) for scheduled maintenance. I was upsold on other service as well (my fault) and quoted one number for the services. I then received an estimate with another, lower number and a signature/initial that I did not provide. Once the service began, I received another alert with recommendations for additional services that really shouldn’t be necessary on a car with less than 11k miles on it, such as a fuel system flush and wheel alignment. This new document had a place for me to check the service I wanted, even with the extra service unchecked the price was different from bother the verbal price and the official estimate I received. The excuse given was the estimate did not include the fluids needed for the service (which it actually did). Someone else stepped in and told my service guy to correct it. When the work was completed they presented me with an invoice with a fourth dollar amount that did not match any of the previous 3, even with tax calculated and added in. They assessed a $30 shop charge that was no where on any document or estimate I was given. I’ve now left a message with the Service Director (who is not called me back as of this review) to discuss what I see as a pretty blatant bait and switch. When this was Sterling McCaul, this sort of nonsense would not have happened. As it is now, I can not recommend their service department to anyone. More
