I initially arrived at Sterling mcall acura to have a tire rotation, 50k mile service, yearly inspection, a detail, and a brake checkup to remedy a squeaking I heard daily. All is well after my drop off, I received an Uber home and an Uber back to pickup my vehicle. Upon arriving back nearly 4-5 hours later, I noticed my tires are still in the same place and my inspection sticker is the same as when I left. Noticing my frustration the service manager stepped in and added he would allow me to return for a complimentary detail and a once over on the vehicle to ensure the services I paid for were completed correctly. He offered to fill my gas tank and a project vehicle on the day I drop it off. I was given a business card with his Google voice number written on it and added I would be able to bring it in as his only day off is Tuesday. After reaching out on three occasions, I am now getting a direct line to his voicemail and no response via text. I truly regret buying my vehicle here and would recommend others to find service elsewhere. Not worth the headache More
