Paul, I am happy to discuss my experience with you. Feel free to give me a call. In the meantime, my expectations from Honda's luxury brand are very high. Your salesman, Kevin, was professional and the overall people experience was good. Your challenge is justifying your dealer add-ons when the work was not done. To charge $999 for a protection package, including "ceramic coating", is steep and was never done. In fact, the vehicle was not washed properly when I took delivery. If you want to resolve the issue, refund the add-on cost and I will bring back the box of products to you personally.
