When he says he only gives the VIP experience, TRUST that he is a man of his word! He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, personable, listens to understand what YOU want during the car-buying process instead of trying to deter you into a direction that would not be beneficial for you, and then after he has a thorough understanding of what you expect, he does everything to work out the very best deal for you. Multiple times during the initial time with him, I was astonished at how he offers such unique insight and can give you a completely new perspective about car-buying, and I walked away (or rather drove away in my new [to me] vehicle) full of valuable information for more purchases later on. Our family has purchased three vehicles from him (and he even delivered one of our vehicles to us at our home for our convenience!) and we have referred and know more than a dozen people who have bought from him, and everyone says the same things: he is kind and patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he gives the best customer experience, he's never pushy, never rushes you or tries to pressure you, and he always works to get you the best deal possible!
