Long wait times for even a simple oil change, and there’s always an attempt to tack on additional services. I routinely take their recommendations to Reliable Auto Repair on Perry Rd for a second opinion, and 99% of the time, those extra services aren’t necessary. Unfortunately, I’m locked into a prepaid service agreement for now, but once that ends, I will be moving all future service to Reliable Auto Repair. I’ve had consistently poor experiences here—including when my truck was stolen and they coordinated repairs through a third-party provider. Even that process was frustrating. For comparison, we service our Honda at John Eagle, and it’s a completely different experience—quick, efficient, and no unnecessary upselling. Would NOT recommend. More

our car broke down in Houston and we were scheduled to leave the following day and they got it in first thing in the morning and we were on the road right around noon the next day! The service department seems great IF you have a Buick or GMC product. I brought my VW Atlas (that I purchased from them) in for a scheduled complimentary oil change at 7:00 am. Initially, the service tech a GMC product. I brought my VW Atlas (that I purchased from them) in for a scheduled complimentary oil change at 7:00 am. Initially, the service tech and the service manager discouraged me from having my oil changed claiming that they didn’t have the oil filter for my vehicle. You knew when you offered me the oil change that I had a VW. You knew when I scheduled the appointment that I had a VW Atlas. The time between me receiving the email offer for the oil change and scheduling the appointment was about a year because I don’t drive the vehicle that much. I think that’s ample enough time to get an oil filter! I finally was able to get a tech that was willing to go through the trouble of getting the necessary filter to do the oil change. However, I was at that dealership for about 3.5 hours for that COMPLIMENTARY oil change. More
