We first drove up to the used car lot and it was like 5 min before closing, I simply asked if we could look inside a vehicle and the response from one sales member was "Nope we are closed", as the wife and I turned to walk away Marcus yells he will be glad to help, we told him we just wanted to see the inside and that if we liked it we would be back the next business day to follow up. A few days went by, but we made our way back and purchased our first vehicle from him, long nights and many vehicles later we got, not what we "wanted" but what we could afford. Speed ahead 7 months and many text messages later not to mention REAL conversations, and we were able to get our 2nd newISH car and it was the smoothest and easiest experience i could of asked for. Due to the fact that Marcus was able to relate and really get to know us not just as customers but as friends it really did make the process smoother than a jar of Peter Pan.
