3 sales people couldn't help me11 Saw an ad on autotrader on 1.3.18 for a black GMC Yukon XL Denali(new listing). Called back on 1.4.18 in the am and now the vehicle isn't available for purchase...BIG SURPRISE! They post an ad on autotrader they don't intend on selling they just want you to call so they can capture your information. Potential BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

Worst salesman; lack of professionalism; prepare to WAIT December 20, 2017 goes down as the worst car buying experience ever. We spoke to Luis Pena in used car sales to see a vehicle that had just been clea December 20, 2017 goes down as the worst car buying experience ever. We spoke to Luis Pena in used car sales to see a vehicle that had just been cleaned. He told my wife and I it would be ready in 45 minutes so to come on over. An hour later my wife and I arrived and then had to wait another 15 minutes for him to find the car and bring it over. We spent almost an hour test driving and going over the vehicle. When we returned, he didn’t ask us if we had any questions about the vehicle or anything. During negotiations Mr. Pena couldn’t explain to us what is and what isn’t covered by a CPO warranty and had to call someone despite working at Beck & Masten for 14 years. We weren’t surprised that no one called back. Next he tried telling us the price on the internet could go up after their full evaluation of the vehicle and if it got new tires. Finally he said “You want it, buy it. If not, I don’t care.” My wife and I were in total shock at the disrespect and lack of professionalism. We then worked with the used car manger and made a deal, after he could pleasantly discuss negotiations. (Thank you Betto Garcia) At this point it had been almost three hours and we’ve made a deal but no one ever asked if we’d like some water, or if they could make this process better. Nothing. Next we were brought over to speak to the Aftermarket Representative, who never showed up. Finally after 30 minutes of us being the only people in the waiting area, the Finance Manager came and found us since someone wasn’t answering his texts as to where we were. Again, no one approached us to see if we needed help. After being treated with such little decency, we will endeavor to never do business again with Beck & Masten. Beck & Masten clearly has major deficiencies regarding their level of customer service, a total lack of professionalism, and zero cares for the way they treat their customers. Nothing is worse than spending so much money and walking away in disgust. More
Excellent service and determined to fix the issue! I had an intermittent noise coming from rear of car when AC was on and at idle or parked. Erik Ochs (service rep) and Curtis Hofheinz (master technic I had an intermittent noise coming from rear of car when AC was on and at idle or parked. Erik Ochs (service rep) and Curtis Hofheinz (master technician) were determined to find it even though it was difficult since it only occurred occasionally. they were both patient and tested my Denali for a few days until they found the cause and were able to locate. thankfully, the noise is gone and really do not believe that there are 2 other guys that would have found been so thorough and patient. thanks for effort, Erik and Curtis More

Frustrated and less than honest Erik Ochs was my service consultant on both trips. The first trip 8/14/17. I had a vibration while driving 70 after 5 days, I got it back and there wa Erik Ochs was my service consultant on both trips. The first trip 8/14/17. I had a vibration while driving 70 after 5 days, I got it back and there was STILL a vibration while driving 70. When i went to pick it up, the air pressure sensor had not been reset. When it was reset, the tires were as follow 25LF, 55 RF, 32 LR and 59RR. We corrected this before I left but after 5 days you would think everything should be correct. I took it back in on 10/13/17. I told Erik that not only did it still have a vibration, but the transmission was popping/clanking sometimes while slowing down. After 5 days, the vibration is ALMOST fixed, all they did was balance it, and the transmission is still popping. When I call on the following Thursday to find out what is going on, I was told that it would be ready. I asked him what the heck was wrong, and he replied that they had to do a bigtime "road force balance". I said so it took you a week to balance my tires? He was rude and his exact comment was - 'Hey, I got it fixed'. Anyway, that has been my experience with Beck and Masten Service. The rental car person was awesome.. The communication lousy, the promptness lousy and the service coordinator lousy...........update 12/5/17 A customer service manager called me to discuss the problems I had at this dealership service department. After a day of investigating, he called back and suggested that I take the vehicle elsewhere. I am glad I did. I took my vehicle to Weisner GMC/Buick in Conroe. Pam took care of my me. The vibration was solved by replacing three tires that were out of GMC specs. Furthermore, I had someone break in my vehicle snapping the lock out of the driver side door. I had asked Eric to replace the lock. He told me that it could not be done and a new door skin was required since since the area around the lock had been used to pry out the lock and was slightly dented. He quoted me $2,200 to fix this. Pam at Weisner fixed the whole thing for $475 - no new door skin and paint job needed. The Beck and Masten service department and especially Eric Ochs are a bunch of incompetent shysters - stay away from them! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Weisner GMC/Buick. More
