Worst experience EVER! I drove 3 hours to visit Beck and Masten, Manny was my sales man, his main goal was to sell a vehicle, so he wasn't listening to what I was saying. F I drove 3 hours to visit Beck and Masten, Manny was my sales man, his main goal was to sell a vehicle, so he wasn't listening to what I was saying. Finally after HOURS of looking at vehicles we decided on one and Manny and the sales manager got the numbers right. We were the LAST people to leave on a Saturday night (9:30), but I was okay with that because I was getting a new truck. Monday afternoon Manny called me asking for an additional $3K????? What??? We had signed Saturday night, how is this possible? So AGAIN I proceeded to tell Manny, I didn't have the money. He called back shortly and asked me to bring the truck back. My problem is he knew, the sales manager knew, the accessories lady and the finance guy all knew I lived 3 hours away. What kind of customer service is this??? HORRIABLE!!!! Then to TOP it off another sales man and a customer were at the truck I was bring back with in 5 minutes of me driving up! NEVER EVER, EVER in my life will I recommend this dealership or Manny as a sales man. More

Once for myself, and then with my wife and daughter . When the sales manager found out i would not finance through them but through a credit union he then said the price was wrong on the vehicle. He said it should be 41k and that a 3rd party handles the online pricing they do not. What a waste of time dealing with these idiots. More

But once Lee became my advisor things improved 100 %!!! Lee takes care of me and my whole family!! It doesn't matter if it's an oil change or service that is a few days , Lee does an amazing job. He does an excellent job communicating the status of you vehicle and if possible he will have you in a loaner while your vehicle is being worked on. I refer friends and coworkers to Beck and Masten North all the time. Thank You Beck and Masten and Lee!!!! More
