This was the frist car lot that car me back. I didn't get the car I wanted at frist. The car I wanted was Enclave, but it cost to much. And didn't get the car I had picked out at frist, The Encor I didn't get the car I wanted at frist. The car I wanted was Enclave, but it cost to much. The truth is, all you have to do is open the glove compartment on the Buick Enclave and show it. I knew I made a mistake by saying yes to your sale pitch, there is no way it cost $150 for just changing engine air filter and cabin air filter, but I was tired, and didnt think straight. What I should have done was to purchase your cabin air filter, walk over and put it in myself. Everyone make mistakes, but I am not going to repeat mine. I will take all my services, recalls, and future purchases of vehicle to other dealers. You guys should know that honest customer service, trust, and low price beat any new fancy building. More
