Ms. Distler was a pleasure to purchase a car from. Their was no nonsense and she didn't play any shell games like all the other car dealers I went to, this is how buying a car should be. When I bought cars was no nonsense and she didn't play any shell games like all the other car dealers I went to, this is how buying a car should be. When I bought cars in the past from other dealers I always felt I should have given my business to someone else. In the end they beat everyone elses price. More
My new Sierra truck is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Beck and Masten. Scott Fontana knew all about the product line and did a good job of answering all of my questions. Once I'd decided purchased from Beck and Masten. Scott Fontana knew all about the product line and did a good job of answering all of my questions. Once I'd decided that I wanted a GMC truck, I made a second visit to the dealership and Scott found me exactly what I wanted. After a little friendly haggling we reached what I believed to be a reasonable deal. It was the quickest that I've ever been able to buy a new car. I generally keep my cars a while but if I decide on another GMC, I will definitely search Scott out to help me. More

We spoke with one salesguy a couple of months before we decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had discussed our trade in over the phone and decided to bring it in to be evaluated. The salesguy who was orig decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had discussed our trade in over the phone and decided to bring it in to be evaluated. The salesguy who was originally helping us had another client the day we arrived so he introduced us to Ariel Cuellar. Ariel brought our vehicle over to be evaluated for trade-in and we started working on numbers. The vehicle we wanted to purchase wasn't available on the lot so thye had looked it up within 500 miles and found one. Once we came to an agreement on the price for the trade-in and new vehicle, we went ahead and purchased the 2011 GMC Terrain. More
The moment I contacted the internet dept of Beck & Masten, requesting information on a new truck untill me and my wife received the keys of our new sierra, from our sales person Mr. Darin Wyborny, the Masten, requesting information on a new truck untill me and my wife received the keys of our new sierra, from our sales person Mr. Darin Wyborny, the whole experience was delightfull, smooth and rewarding.Me and my wife were debating between a ford f-150 or a GMC sierra, the reason we decided to buy the GMC was due to the service received and the quality of the vehicle. We'll be recomending the brand and the dealership to our friends and family. Carlos & Rossy Calderon More
Initially, Darin was quite helpful in locating a vehicle (new Yukon) that had the specifics we wanted, but none of this was confirmed "in writing" to make sure we all agreed (everything was done over the ph (new Yukon) that had the specifics we wanted, but none of this was confirmed "in writing" to make sure we all agreed (everything was done over the phone, I would think that at some point, putting the information into a written format - at least just to confirm that we are all talking about the same options, etc. - would be standard practice). When we went to the dealership to pick the vehicle up, the wrong vehicle was on the lot. While Darin did try to locate an alternate vehicle, he seemed more pre-occupied by letting us know how many cars he sells each day and looks like he "missed one". I don't believe he did this intentionally, but it was handled poorly after that, by trivializing the fact that he is just so busy with all of his other customers (that is very poor customer service). We had to take time off from work / find a baby-sitter to drive out to pick up the car, but none of this seemed to matter. At this point, we decided to wait for a couple days to collect our thoughts (order new vehicle vs. buy a more expensive vehicle that was in-stock). This time was from 26-Feb through 02-March. During this time, pricing was discussed on the new vehicle (Denali), but apparently, there were pricing incentive options that expired on 28-Feb that were not made aware to us. We agreed to pick up the car on 03-March and had a price for the vehicle sent to us via email. However, when we arrived at the dealership again, the price had "changed" without any warning to us. Advising of this price change (increase) at the actual closing is unprofessional and bording on dishonest. It is unacceptable to change the price right as we are signing the paperwork. At this point, Darin tried to reduce the price through looking at other options (more for trade-in, etc.). The entire process - from ordering the wrong car initially and not really seeming to care much about the oversight, to not informing customer about key timings to make a decision to lock in pricing incentives, to changing the price that was quoted via email upon signing - left alot to be desired. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Beck and Masten again to anyone. Very disappointed. Tommy Golczynski and Jennifer Best More
