This is part 2 from Yelp Reviews: I took my 2019 GMC Denali (48k miles) for a Fuel Monitor Module issue and the Service Advisor told me the truck also needed both left and right lower arms be replaced. Denali (48k miles) for a Fuel Monitor Module issue and the Service Advisor told me the truck also needed both left and right lower arms be replaced. Additionally there was a mention of the serpentine belt needed to be replaced as well. These are the facts: 1. Before my truck was towed to that place a AAA technician came and we both looked at Battery and Alternator and there was no signs of wear on the belt. 2. The truck was at the dealership from Friday 26-June to Monday 29-June. During that time one of two things happen (a) a defective belt was installed on my truck or (2) someone purposely damaged the serpentine belt on my truck. It is frustrating when you trust these guys to be honest at the dealership and they could compromise my truck in such a way to get a few hundred dollars of labor. The pictures will show how the belt is damaged is not consistent with any heat or friction. If the belt was rubbing against something the entire side of the belt would have been worn out evenly. The same dealership I purchased the truck 5 years ago (late 2021) and now I do not trust this dealership Beck & Masten Buick North nor its service department. More
