The service department did not meet my expectation at all. I had an appointment at 7am. I was there for 6:45. The first vehicle. The service rep (George) is all over the place so it was an act of congress to reach him or get an accurate update. Needless to say, the service department is not what it use to be. No one answers the phone, appointments are useless, customer service is lacking, and I am overall disappointed. More

An appointment I went in for an oil change. Why wouldn’t you just wash the car isn’t that a courtesy and then they rotated my tires after telling me that my tires was not into condition, so I was literally scared for my life. This was my third visit for service my gmc Sierra 1500slt routine oil change. Last two visit was very courteously This visit was not very comfortable the service person Ms Itaty No smile no ability routine oil change.
