Bought a used "certified" truck back in late June when i left i was told it was cleaned out had an oil change and was checked to make sure it was good before i left. Drove off and within 3 days the engine left i was told it was cleaned out had an oil change and was checked to make sure it was good before i left. Drove off and within 3 days the engine light turned on and would also get constant oil change warnings. Took it back to find the transmission was messed up they took it in and supposedly "fixed it". Within 2 weeks i had the same issue. The truck would lock in 4th gear when it was driven and leaking motor oil when it was parked. The second time in maintenance they took 7 weeks and every time i called for an update they would say the same thing, that they didn't know what was wrong and would update me. (Getting a hold of them was almost impossible) Long story short the truck still doesn't drive right and ive had it in maintenance with them longer than its been with me. The only option i have now is to keep it or choose a new truck with 14k added to it. So much for a family owned company. Never got the transmission fixed by the way. More
