It took 2 weeks to diagnose and repair a transmission sensor. The Service agent was poor in updating Mr on status (because th r re was none), and needed training on customer service. I was strung along as he was not empowered, or didn't know how. No update on his suggested alignment, and forgot i didn't want an oil change as a part of the "25,000 mile maintenance. It takes too ling for someone to help you. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then once I had wait again for the advisor all just for an oil change. You look inside and see several advisors at their work station. And noone in line inside. And I did not receive the sticker that goes on the window, to show next service date. More
