It took 2 weeks to diagnose and repair a transmission sensor. The Service agent was poor in updating Mr on status (because th r re was none), and needed training on customer service. I was strung along sensor. The Service agent was poor in updating Mr on status (because th r re was none), and needed training on customer service. I was strung along as he was not empowered, or didn't know how. No update on his suggested alignment, and forgot i didn't want an oil change as a part of the "25,000 mile maintenance. Must be a very poor traimg program at Group 1. More

It takes too ling for someone to help you. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then once I had wait again for the advisor all just for an oil change. Yes I bought a trail boss custom 11-8-2025. I traded my 2024 RST 1500 truck. That I had leased from this dealer We changed our mind about the color and exchange it the same day. We really I traded my 2024 RST 1500 truck. That I had leased from this dealer We changed our mind about the color and exchange it the same day. We really wanted the trail boss LT. but we were told it wasn’t available. It was. The manager Mike is just not a nice person and said there was none available. But we had to settle for the custom gray trail boss I had requested my salesman Francisco Moreno to install leather seats I paid extra for that. We picked up the new truck Wednesday November 12. And i got there at around 7:10 My wife and I arrived hoping to swiftly arrive there and take the truck home, but it was the complete opposite. Steven the manager there was very rude and told me I was a whiny baby after I had been waiting for 45 minutes to get my key. The key was nowhere to be found. He literally wanted to fight me because I suggested for him to help the other manager Chris That was trying to get my keys. Chris gave me a menacing, cruel, and aggressive look not friendly at all. When the leather installer, Wayne finally came back from home to get the key from somewhere. The Steven evil manager was still thinking and acting like everything was funny. He had a smirk on his face and showing no care for the situation and not offering any help. When Chris gave us the truck key I was leaving when I saw the truck had the engine light on. I took a picture and went inside to show Mr Chris. Steven was still being rude laughing with a smirk on his face. So Chris got a diagnostics machine and went to the truck hooked the machine and cleared the Engine light. we left the dealership and my wife was having chest pains due to her high blood pressure, the stress of the situation only caused her symptoms to increase. When I got home I saw that the newly installed leather seats had wrinkles everywhere. I contacted Francisco and at first I was going to keep the Trail Boss gray. But then I realized that I don’t really want a vehicle that is new with the engine light popping on and off. I am afraid that I’ve been given a lemon vehicle. So the next day I contacted Francisco and told him that I don’t want the custom gray trail boss anymore and I want to return it. I want to exchange it for trail boss LT gray with no engine light problems. Francisco told me that he would try to find me a LT gray and that he would run me the numbers. He never contacted me so later I called him and asked him if he would be able to do it and if not that I’d return the trail boss in exchange for the truck I had before along with a refund of the money. He told me he’d ask his manager Mike, Mike later called me and told me that I wasn’t going to be able to get my truck back or the money and he can’t do anything about it. After a long conversation Mike said he’d run the numbers. They later found a trail boss Lt that was there at the dealership and sent me some payment plans that were way too high, nothing reasonable, it looked like they weren’t working with me or trying to help my situation out. I suggested a lower payment , instead of working with me considering the situation, they ended up saying I simply won’t be able to afford it. With that being said I let Francisco know that I will return the truck tomorrow, and that we haven’t been driving it the truck only has 120 miles. I told him I would return it expecting to receive my old truck back. And a full money refund. I really want to do a deal and get a truck from here but the Manager Mike is not being customer friendly and wants me to do monthly payments of $1000 dollars. I will not have any transportation because Mike said I could not get my old truck back. More
