Purchased a used truck from Noah at Group1 CHEVROLET, aka Sterling McCall Chevrolet at 17800 N FRW, in Houston a couple of months ago , and I just started having major engine issues with the truck, I am well in over 4K dollars deep. I went back to the dealership to ask if they would help with fixing the truck so I could drive it, or trade the truck in for something else that would run. I loved the truck, but me just only making 2 pmts on this truck and now I’m 4K in repairs plus!!! All I asked is for them to help with the cost or fix the truck I purchased from them. When we were possibly looking at trading the truck back in, he was to embarrassed to even tell me what they would give me for my truck I just bought from them a couple months ago. They refused to even help me with the issue I was having or even try to help me fix it, as I was hoping they would want to help a customer out after getting sold a Lemon in my eyes. I can’t believe a large dealership would sell me a truck and within a couple of months have major engine issues and refuse to help me out. This is Horrible customer service and Bad Business. I will never step foot on their property again . Like I said… ”DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. More
I bought my 2025 Trax from a different dealership and that didn’t matter to Group 1 Chevrolet. I needed my car serviced and William Kirchin in the service department was so helpful and a pleasure to work that didn’t matter to Group 1 Chevrolet. I needed my windshield replaced along with some service maintenance done and he got it all lined up for me and even saved me money. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Group 1. More

Nice & clean dealership. Our 2nd purchase with Sterling McCall. Finding the truck we wanted that was 2 hours away, both Brayan & Henny made it work to where we were in & out. The car had undisclosed issues, basically a lemon, and after returning it, I was left out thousands of dollars in insurance, rental transportation, and time. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation professionally, I was ignored. Their own manager told me their legal team needed a formal request, which I provided, but they never followed through. It’s been well over a year, and I’ve been ghosted repeatedly. This ordeal disrupted my work, school, and finances. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is staggering. If you're considering buying from here, especially a high-value car, be warned: once they have your money, they will not help you, even if something goes wrong. You’re better off taking your business somewhere that stands behind their vehicles and values their customers. More
