The car had undisclosed issues, basically a lemon, and after returning it, I was left out thousands of dollars in insurance, rental transportation, and time. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation professionally, I was ignored. Their own manager told me their legal team needed a formal request, which I provided, but they never followed through. It’s been well over a year, and I’ve been ghosted repeatedly. This ordeal disrupted my work, school, and finances. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is staggering. If you're considering buying from here, especially a high-value car, be warned: once they have your money, they will not help you, even if something goes wrong. You’re better off taking your business somewhere that stands behind their vehicles and values their customers. More

We purchased a used 2008 Cadillac Escalade on Saturday. We like the truck but it needed motor mounts changed right away. We live in Dallas and we were down in the area for a few days off at the Gulf Coast. We like the truck but it needed motor mounts changed right away. Will told him what we needed. The two motor mounts and one window regulator. And we need them by Tuesday noon. Because that Is when we’ll be driving back Will checked and they did not have the parts. He asked the Service Manager if they could make this happen and the answer was yes. And the dealership did just that. By 12 noon on Tuesday, the Escalade was ready to go. More
