Thirteen days later, and—predictably—not a single person from Group 1 has called, emailed, or reached out in any form. If you read through other complaints, you’ll notice the same pattern: they publicly pretend to “make things right,” but it’s nothing more than a scripted tactic to save face. The follow‑through simply doesn’t exist. For a dealership of this size, the behavior is shockingly unprofessional. The polished branding doesn’t change the reality: the customer experience is no better than what you’d expect from a corner‑lot buy‑here/pay‑here operation. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
