Third time in the shop in less than 4 months. Got my vehicle back in the middle of February. Now its back at the dealership because someone forgot to tighten the nut on the newly replaced upper control arms witch cause the front wheel to come off while I was driving making it a severe safety issue.(I have dash cam evidence) I have been without transportation for almost two weeks because they don't issue loaners in this situation. loaners are for people who are waiting on back ordered parts as I was told by the service manager. At lease tell me to go to a 3rd party rental place and the dealership will fit the bill or call to a sister dealership to see if they have any? Lost a couple jobs for this. More
