Took my car in to fix the passenger side back window. And they did not complete. The job charged me all of my money and broke the motor in the back window. These people dont even deserve a single star from me! I went in to get my side view mirror fixed (with a 10am appt) and let them know my USB’s only work when they want to, my screen flashes, and my calls I went in to get my side view mirror fixed (with a 10am appt) and let them know my USB’s only work when they want to, my screen flashes, and my calls constantly switch from my phone to the truck during a call. it took Julie 3 hours to give me an update to just tell me they’re going to have to order a new mirror and that my truck had updates and a recall and it shouldn’t be much longer. 5 hours later (mind u I had my 5 month old grandson with me the whole time) I get my truck back and it was so hot in there as though my vehicle had been parked the whole time and was forgotten about! She brought my truck back to me, got out of my vehicle, left my keys on the dash amd walked over to her kiosk to get on a call and didn't give me any paper work on anything that had been done on my vehicle nor did she say a word to me. I had to walk over to her to ask her if there was anything else I needed to doSaid my mirror should be in the next day. I asked her if my USB’s got fixed and she said “yes” she lied!! That “next day” mirror turned into the following Tuesday. I took it in Saturday to drop off this time (so im not waiting another 5 hours since they obviously cant give people a time frame) and told them my USB’s were still doing their thing and they said if it wasn't doing what I said it was doing at the time they run the test on it, that there was nothing they could do. By Saturday afternoon I received a text saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. I have been calling since and even called the number “Julie” sends messages from to make sure they did my oil change and tire rotation as well, and she wont pick up my phone calls so I call the actual number they have and currently as Im typing this I have been waiting for someone to pick up for 25 minutes now!!!! This place is a joke! Now I will have to drive 20 minutes that was just to see if everything got done to my vehicle since they cant pick up their phones! This is horrible customer service and they definitely dont care about keeping customers. I will never buy a vehicle here ever again! More

Terrible experience all the way through. Called to get a manufacturers recall done, as well as an oil change, and tire rotation. Was not informed that the recall required an inspection and they would not order the part until the inspection was complete. I dropped off my car, expecting the recall and oil change to be done. They got me an Uber home, because they said it was going to take too long to wait. Later that night I called to ask for a progress update and was told that they approved the recall, but the part was to be ordered and they could complete the work in two weeks. They did go ahead with the oil change and tire rotation. I had to get a ride back to the dealership and pick up the car and now they want me to bring it back in a few weeks, if they call me to tell me the parts are in to do the recall. On the drive home my air conditioner stopped working and I have a check engine light on now. I understand this stuff happens and it’s an older car, but it seems awfully coincidental that the car was fine going in and now I’m having more problems after they “inspected it.” aside from the total lack of care about my schedule or communicating how recalls work. I feel like they did bad work and the customer service was not very good. Furthermore, I now have to go back, take time off of work and try to get this done so our car is safe again. More
