There is no excuse for an American manufacturer to allow their dealerships exclusive rights for diagnostics at such high hourly rates. Do you really want me to buy from a foreign manufacturer? In march we bough 2 preowned Jeeps. At the time we purchased the service warranties. Since taking our keys it has been a nightmare to get them to follow through on anything. Good luck getting anyone on the phone & when you do, bet they will promise you anything including a call back they have no intention of making. I have SEVERAL texts between myself & 2 members of the staff where they just ignore me unless I show up in person. We've been unable to get any information on the warranties & we have an issue with 1 of the jeeps needing a service on the auxiliary battery. I left messages for the GM who waited 5 days & 2 more calls before calling me back. When he did call back, he tried to convince me I didnt know what I was talking about until finally he agreed it needed to be brought in for service. I explained this was a work vehicle so we would need a loaner with a tow package. I was told "No problem". My boyfriend took his Grand Cherokee in, no loaner, though they did say they would get us one, we agreed to today, Thursday. When he went in, surprise no loaner & they want to charge us $150 for diagnostic & still no information on the what is & isnt covered through warranty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, this place is a joke!!! More
