Decided to hedge against risk of new technology by purchasing their 5-year/100k bumper to bumper warranty. A couple of initial quality issues have been dealt with at no cost. Always give me a free loaner when in for more than a day. Best vehicle I have owned as far as performance and driving experience. For the scheduled service, I love the free pick-up and drop-off at my house and also the free hand wash they offer for the Ford EV vehicles. No need to leave the house! More

From the inception of buying the Bronco, the dealers and service crew have been wonderful. Top notch. Had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change. Truck wasn’t ready until 11.15am. They overbooked the work for the number of technicians they had available. Everyone was very kind; however there was definitely lack of communication with my service advisor. I brought my vehicle at 8am on a Friday for routine maintenance and to diagnosis A/C issue. I received the of communication with my service advisor. I brought my vehicle at 8am on a Friday for routine maintenance and to diagnosis A/C issue. I received the automated report of the issue around 11:30am via text and never received a call. I called my advisor around 2pm in which he just restated the report. I then asked if it would be covered by my Ford Gold Warranty and he said he would check. He did call me back shortly after and said he would work on the approval with Ford and they would get started. I was never told my vehicle would need to be kept overnight. I called the next day (Saturday) around 2pm (since I hadn’t received an update) and was told the approval with ford was still ongoing. As a family with 3 kids in car seats and 2 working parents, it is hard to be without a vehicle. In addition, my vehicle had items I needed (bag and work badge). I asked if I could get a rental car and was told Hertz is already closed and I could come Monday. I took off Monday morning of work to get a rental car. When I arrived, my service advisor was off that day and another service advisor helped me who stated there was no paperwork prepared and I could tell it caused confusion. I did receive a call later that week with an update about ongoing hiccups with the warranty approval but then the next day got a call that my vehicle was repaired and ready. Overall - everyone was kind, but communication could definitely be improved so people aren’t left without a vehicle. It didn’t allow any planning and created a lot of frustration. More
