Roundtree was not transparent about what they wanted to charge me. My battery died in my 2 year old Ford Explorer-went into “deep sleep mode”- yes that is dead. Did a car maintenance check on Saturday 8/16/25 ,technician sent a video footage of the tire rotation and parts inspection, shocks leaks were identify and recommended immediate need to replaced th ,technician sent a video footage of the tire rotation and parts inspection, shocks leaks were identify and recommended immediate need to replaced them . A nail in one of the tire was seen by the technician as he talks on the video footage , after 5 hrs we pick our car , shocks were replaced , maintenance was done, Asked about if they took care of the nail on the tire , service advisor He said they did not see any nail on the report , did not even bother to rechecked on it .We had to bring back the car Monday 8/18 for the nail to be taken out and patch the site. A minor issue but it involves safety esp my daughter drive the car out of town.Paid $685 for service that is not great..Roundtree customer of 20 yrs,deserved better service. More
They took 4 days to tell me what the issue was when they had it is the Bay the second day. I had to check with them and go there to get any updates. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
