Roundtree was not transparent about what they wanted to
charge me. I may not have liked paying more for repairs, but I would have known what to expect and made sure I had the funds when the car was ready.

My battery died in my 2 year old Ford Explorer-went into
“deep sleep mode”- yes that is dead. Ford 1 got me in the next morning & replaced my original battery with a new 3 year warranty.
