I have been coming to Group 1 Ford of South Austin for 9 years. My checks dodges and of course my food are all serviced by the same team. John Sullivan and John Evans continue to exemplify dedication to cus years. My checks dodges and of course my food are all serviced by the same team. John Sullivan and John Evans continue to exemplify dedication to customer service. It could be so easy for them tolean back and relax because of our history, but I always feel like a vip. They are honest, upfront and always operating with integrity. John Evans took over as my service adviser when Sullivan was promoted. He takes care of so many of my team I have lost count. Eveyone says the same thing; John’s a good man and I trust him. What more could you ask for? In Texas our vehicles are an essential part of our lives due to the expanse of the state. I trust my vehicle to travel anywhere knowing it was maintained by this team. Videos of my truck being serviced and honest recommendations from the techs keep me in great shape to work, take care of my family or play in my truck. More

Service team was helpful and kind. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Communication was great. The issue came when I got to my vehicle and it smelled like oil - just had an oil cha Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Communication was great. The issue came when I got to my vehicle and it smelled like oil - just had an oil change so it’s slightly expected. I got home to find a few oil spots that had dripped from the vehicle onto my driveway - so I inspected to make sure it wasn’t an active leak. I found the oil filter covered in oil, pan covered in oil, components around that area with oil spray all over them. It takes just a moment to wipe excess oil away after an oil change. Don’t let sloppy work leave the shop - the average person might not notice but the ones that do will find somewhere else to take their business. More
