My first service visit with this truck. 5,000 mile oil change. Coupon for oil change reduced visit cost. Walk in service and I was out in an hour, and the waiting room was full. I also caught him signing to another customer. Said he learned in high school after failing Spanish. His skills are an asset to the dealership. I've been a Ford customer for over 48 years in Austin and many were Maxwell vehicles. Never an issue that couldn't be solved to my satisfaction! More
