I went in for toe link replacement, which they did, but I also asked about a rear alignment. They diagnosed it and came back with about $5,000 worth of work that they wanted to do with it and would not do th also asked about a rear alignment. It wasn't really explained to me why or how it made sense. Upon picking up my vehicle my advisor wasn't there so someone else checked me out. They were smug and rude and when they were having trouble starting my car (a Ford) they blamed me for not telling them how to start it, which I did tell my advisor when I dropped it off. If they didn't communicate that or know how to start one of their own vehicles after they'd had it for 2 days that's not my fault. Showed me the amount of knowledge and competence they carry. More
