I bought a used Bronco which the process stared out very good, great price helpful sales person to start. There was an issue with the vehicle being dusty when we looked at it, but no obvious scratches. We s good, great price helpful sales person to start. There was an issue with the vehicle being dusty when we looked at it, but no obvious scratches. We settled on a price which went well. From the point on and still ongoing the process was not good. We sat around waiting to sign finance papers for the be 2 hours and finally got back and that process went well. We then were finally able to get the vehicle and it was clean and that’s when we noticed all the clear coat swirl marks and a poor job with detailing just to remove water marks. At this point we had been at the dealership for 6 hours and it was late. I noticed on my way home that I was only given on key fab. I assumed this was an oversight since it was late. I called on the next business day and was informed at that point that there was no other key. This was never mentioned during the sales process and I feel this is something that needs to be remedied by the dealer ship since you sold me the car without informing of the loss. I have reached out multiple times now and I am not able to get a response from my sales person or the manager. Which in my mind is just a poor way to run a business. I was waiting to write this review hoping for a better outcome but continued silence from dealership. More
