I drove all the way to Costco before realizing they had not topped off my DEF. Nico was very apologetic and had me come back so they could top me off. I received the truck back and they had only topped me off to 70%. So I had to go back again. I feel like routine maintenance should not require me to go back to the dealership on 3 separate occasions. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Buying a car is typically a painful process in my experience, however Maxwell Ford has a no nonsense approach that made it wonderful. This is the third time I have purchased a new Ford from Maxwell F experience, however Maxwell Ford has a no nonsense approach that made it wonderful. This is the third time I have purchased a new Ford from Maxwell Ford in the past 3 years, and I will keep coming back. This time my sales associate was Harrison Hughes, Sales Consultant. Harrison is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to work the internal departments to make things work for you. He provided fair and transparent pricing, which is the most important thing for me. Harrison did not pressure me whatsoever, and respected my time as my first day test drive I only had 30 minutes to spare. Anywho, they were amazing to work with but Harrison was the one that made the magic happen. I had a poor quality trade in vehicle that they offered a low price on because it needed some reconditioning. They did not mind that I took the trade in vehicle to Carmax to get $4,600 more, they just wanted me to be happy with my decision. Thanks Maxwell Ford! More
