I purchased my F150 back in 2019 and had the best experience ever. The service department has done a great job. Great experience with Ray Luna as the service advisor that handled the recent repair work that was needed on my truck. I really liked the video clip sent by the service technician that walked through his diagnosis of the problems and recommendations for repairs and parts replacement. I also like how a link to a web page was sent with descriptions of all recommended service items and their cost. Service items could be approved/disallowed on the web page. Finally, Ray sent me a text once all service work was done and the truck was ready to be picked up. More
I found the truck on the internet and it checked all the boxes. Called and set up a appointment. Took several hours, made the deal. We asked if there were another set of keys, we were told that there was. T boxes. Called and set up a appointment. Took several hours, made the deal. We asked if there were another set of keys, we were told that there was. The very next day we tried the second set of keys and the Fob did not work, even with new batteries, they were also missing the inside key. Called the dealership and was told that was those were the keys that came with the truck. If we wanted another Fob we would have to drive back 2 hours and pay to get another Fob. Paid $40,000.00 for a truck and you can only get one set of working keys. And didn't even top off the gas tank. I text our salesman to get the 5 digit security code, that the dealership can look up by the VIN #, and never got a response. I wonder if I will get my plates? Will not be back to buy another vehicle at this dealership! More
