We bought a used vehicle on 6/30/22 from Eddie Sifuentes and were pressured to supply a significant down payment to assist their end of month sales quota with an assurance that the car we were purchasing wo and were pressured to supply a significant down payment to assist their end of month sales quota with an assurance that the car we were purchasing would receive a 150 point inspection and we would be notified of all findings upon delivery of the vehicle. This was not performed and when asked why, Eddie said he didn’t have to perform this service after it was promised multiple times during the sale. He was unapologetic, unprofessional, and we feel cheated in the process. Please do not use him or this company he represents. More

They advertised a Ford Escape PHEV as "on the lot", and one of their salespeople reached out to confirm it was "on the lot". 5,000 miles on new F-150. AC has stopped working. Service center told me they could not get my car in for 3 to 4 days, and would keep it for an unknown amount of time. No othe AC has stopped working. By now most of you are aware of supply chain/chip/manufacturer issues that have delayed many vehicle models across almost every brand in 2021 & now 2022 as well. That doesn't even get into chain/chip/manufacturer issues that have delayed many vehicle models across almost every brand in 2021 & now 2022 as well. That doesn't even get into the wild frenzy around the release of the new Ford Bronco. Well, I'm here to tell you all that Christine Boyd at Maxwell has been an absolute pleasure to work with during a trying and drawn out 18 months on the Bronco front. She is a professional, she just gets "it". Whatever "it" is, she has "it" in spades. Patient, easy to communicate and work with, and she is likely as passionate about the vehicles as we are as the buyers...I guess that's what really comes out in dealing with her. She has taken a mess of a situation and made it a pretty enjoyable experience. Historically my experience with car "sales" people is the exact opposite. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the message. (Crazy to think that the best sales person I've ever worked with at a dealership isn't paid to even be a sales person at all).
