Thanks Ike. Everyone please be warned that a refund requires you to surrender the vehicle with a 4-5 day delay in receiving your funds. This means no vehicle or money to purchase another one while the dealership has both, and this was the only resolution offered.

We only advertise vehicles on our website that we have in inventory. Cars.com picks up our inventory feed directly from our inventory management platform. It is possible that a car might be listed that is sold or has a deposit placed on it. Inventory updates daily and due to the nation-wide vehicle shortage cars sell almost immediately after they arrive on the lot.
