Poor and rude service to a long time customers I have been a steady customer for 3 years and on November 27 2017 brought the car in. She made no offer to help.or did not even provide me a phone number for the main office. I felt that I was thrown under the bus as a regular customer. I will never go back to Maxwell and am contemplating selling my 2013 Escape. More
