I made an appointment for my F150. Two serious things happened that resulted in terrible service at this dealer. First, I made the appointment several days in advance for a warning light that came on. However it went off the Friday before my Monday appointment. I called for the service advisor and left 2 messages to call me to see what I needed to do but received no call back so I brought it in anyway and had the oil changed but wanted to talk before anything further being done since the warning light wasn't on at the time. Then, they couldn't get it done that day and I had to have it back the next day for work. I left it 24 hours. With a simple phone call and good scheduling, this could have been handled well. Next, and more seriously, I received an email from sales that they were interested in buying or possibly trading in my truck and received a written price. You had the truck and plenty of time to inspect it. I called today to enquire about the offer. When the salesman called back he offered less than half of the written quote. Talk about "bait and switch"! He wasted my time too. I'm very disappointed and look I need to post a Facebook or google review so others are warned of this type of poor service. More

First, I was contacted by this dealer's third party delivery team. The valet service offered was a nice surprise and I gladly accepted, as I assumed they would be on time. Because of the tardiness, my delivery team. The valet service offered was a nice surprise and I gladly accepted, as I assumed they would be on time. Because of the tardiness, my vehicle was not serviced until 1:00 p.m. the work I needed to have done with the software recall could not be done on the same day, this threw all of my plans off. Not only my service advisor Mr luna, but also some lady that reached out both avoided responsibility and repeated that they are a third party service and cannot take responsibility for their issues. I asked the lady if they could flush my fuel injector as a complimentary service for the inconveniences. She explained that that is not even normally recommended until 30,000 miles is reached that they were not going to do it for me. What makes me even more irritated is that Mr Luna was insistent on me receiving that service back in July when I had my vehicle serviced there, which tells me that he was clearly just trying to take my money and increase his sales. This whole experience has definitely shined a bright light on the staffing there. Lastly, good luck trying to reach anybody calling this dealer directly! They never pick up their phones. I will definitely be sending this message to all of my associates. More
