I was in contact with my Service Advisor - the dealership is aware of my complaint. As messy as it was left with that amount of oil still present typically reflects poor attention to detail and I let the team know about my concern. I was told they don’t really wipe around the oil filter / pan after an oil change, because it’s under the vehicle, unless it’s excessive - I would have considered it excessive. I also had the fuel filter replaced at the dealership and want to get back to my comment on ‘typically reflects poor attention to detail’. The truck sat for a couple days in my driveway and I noticed fuel under the truck where the filter would have been changed. I contacted the service advisor, and was asked to bring the truck back as soon as possible - once again they were helpful and kind. Although I should have requested the vehicle be picked up vs driving the vehicle with fuel leaking back to the dealership. Upon inspection they found the filter housing did not properly seal due to grime buildup around the housing where it came back together. It takes just a moment to inspect and address that during the initial replacement. This oversight cost not only me additional time, but also the dealership. The issue is resolved but my rating here stands true - workmanship lacks.
