My Truck has been in the shop since nov24 . It got serviced a week before that and payed 2300 dollars which was covered by our dealership to fix transmission issues. Now the receptionist told me it is the torque converter not the service manager mind you . A diagnostic was done the first time and was all going to be paid for by them . Now dealership I got truck from won’t cover since there diagnostic was incorrect . We are now dec9 and I’ve yet to hear from this place . I really hope they make this right . And communication would be nice . To this day nothing !!! More
