Group 1 GMC Rivertown

I’ve always had a great experience with the Columbus Rivertown GMC service department. We’ve had warranty work done on our Sierra and their communication is always spot on, they are thorough with their Rivertown GMC service department. This particular time, our truck was losing power and. we didn’t drop it off until 9 AM. We expected not to have an answer on the issue that day since there was no appointment and it was later in the morning. Greg made sure the truck was checked. and Alan absolutely took care of us. Fortunately, it was just a loose fuel filter that was causing oil to drain. They fixed us right up and we were able to pick up the vehicle later that day. I appreciate their hard work and customer service. More
