Made an appointment and was told it would be 2 hours for an oil change, asked when I could come back so the wait would be shorter. Came back at the designated time and then still ended up waiting 2.5 hours an oil change, asked when I could come back so the wait would be shorter. Service rep forgot my name twice and somehow managed to use a last name that wasn’t even close to mine one time. Tried to slide a fuel system service charge into my bill that I didn’t approve or ever say I wanted saying it was on the ticket that was given to the service tech. Avoid at all costs. More

Multiple issues with getting an inspection for extension of warranty. 2 different prices at the service desk. The warranty man said i should not have been charged for the inspection because car was still un of warranty. 2 different prices at the service desk.
