I have been going to this location for maintenance on my vehicle since I got however on 05/29:2026 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation about 5pm there were two other people in the waiting area for vehicle since I got however on 05/29:2026 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation about 5pm there were two other people in the waiting area for whatever reason my oil change took two hours I paid for my service and proceeded to my vehicle I noticed it hadn’t been washed which I usually receive a complimentary car wash when I arrived home I noticed my tires hadn’t been rotated (the wheel lock had never been touched and there is a particular scrape mark on my rear wheel on the passenger side) I’ll be contacting the dealership on Monday morning at this point I’m not even sure if my oil was changed I’m I’m usually highly satisfied with the service but this time I am very disappointed if they were short staffed and needed additional time I could’ve left my vehicle overnight and picked it up the following day More
