Customer service is excellent! I called their phone number to make an appointment, set an appointment date and then received timely text message reminders for my appointment. I scheduled my CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. At the appointment time, I was greeted by Max, he proceeded to process my CRV for the service work. Throughout the service process I was bled to track the progress nd also received an alert update regarding the inspection of my CRV. You can approve or decline my or all of the additional recommendations for work. NO PRESSURE! I was told the process would take about 1.5 hours to complete. They finished in 1.25 hours and they even wasted and vacuumed the CRV. The final result and price was as quoted…no surprises! Will continue to give them my patronage. More
