While I appreciate getting a new car, the process took entirely too long, and the sales process was arduous. Not only that, when we negotiated the price, the salesman found out we were paying cash and ren entirely too long, and the sales process was arduous. This felt slimy, and we sat for much longer than necessary to agree on a final price. On top of this, once we signed on the line, it took finance 40 minutes to see us, just so we could write a check over to them! If there was a time where a sale would have been lost, it would have been in that moment. All in all, I'm thankful for the car, but I think the sales process could be a much more enjoyable experience. Something that is a milestone for many people, did not feel like such a milestone. More
