Should be a negative took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I never seen employees work so slow. The service manager need to look at the staffing and should be fired. Then they don't put your equipment back in your car and don't call you to let you know. This place is terrible. More
Not sure if this is a Hyundai issue or the dealer issue! ! AC on my 3 year old Elantra stopped cooling. They charged me $450 on something that should have been covered under warranty! Andy Tran was the sales specialist who helped me from my first interaction to the moment I drove away with my new truck. I don't mean this lightly, it wouldn't have happened without his care and considerati first interaction to the moment I drove away with my new truck. He remembered our initial conversation in great detail, which to me, says a lot. But, if he is to be praised, it shouldn't just be for his memory. It was not just his attention to details, it was his follow through that saved the day. Andy Tran heard that I experienced trouble when trying to finalize my purchase. He got a hold of me immediately, even though I had already left without my truck, only half paid for, to ask what happened. He consulted other members of Sterling McCall Hyundai on our behalf and came up with a solution! Which didn't just help us get a truck and him a commission, he provided us with something much greater. A sense that someone saw us and someone listened and cared, and in our world, that's beyond rare. I wonder if he realizes how much of a difference he made in our lives today. I called them this morning to see if they had a tire. The answer they could get me one by 1:30 this afternoon. When I got to the dealership they took my keys and brought my car around and started to work on it. We are so grateful and blessed that Donhan Murrell took excellent care of us kept us inform the whole time. Especially after the day we had at MD Anderson.
