I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Ivan, he verified my appointment and the purpose of the appointment. During my visit he kept me updated on the progress and covered with me the service recommendations, with no pressure, which I really appreciate. My car was returned to me well within the time expected and he again verified everything that had been completed. This was my third time visiting for service and I must say that it is really refreshing to be given accurate information and to receive frequent communication.
