Their communication with the customer in the service department gets a big fat Zero. They have one lady at the desk trying to handle all of the service side of things. When your car is ready you won't hear about it from them. you will have to show up and find an actual person to let you know it's ready. More

This is one hopping dealership. I have never seen so many people in the business of buying vehicles. Of course, having a top rating from Consumer Reports and JD Powers probably has I have never seen so many people in the business of buying vehicles. Charge too much for standard maintenance items such as air filter, cabin filter replacement, Spark plug installation. Both cabin and air filter take 1 minute each, but get charged 1/2 installation for ea air filter, cabin filter replacement, Spark plug installation. Both cabin and air filter take 1 minute each, but get charged 1/2 installation for each one, = 1 hour labor? Spark plugs only takes 20 minutes on this year cx5. Being charged 2 hours labor on quote. More
