⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Group 1 Mazda from start to finish. Connor, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to from start to finish. Connor, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle rather than just make a sale. Buying a car can be stressful, but Connor made it enjoyable. I also want to recognize Amos in the finance department. He went above and beyond to make the deal work. Instead of simply telling me there wasn’t anything they could do with my Genesis trade-in, he took the initiative to reach out to their Hyundai dealership to see if they could offer a better solution. That extra effort made a huge difference and showed that he was truly looking out for my best interests. It’s rare to find a dealership where everyone works together to take care of the customer, but that’s exactly what I experienced at Group 1 Mazda. I drove away in my new Mazda CX-90 feeling like I was treated fairly and with respect throughout the entire process. Took our car to Group 1 after an unsatisfactory conclusion at the dealer we initially bought the car, as new, from.
