Moving to a new town, my wife’s Mazda needed a repair, and we had always used dealers for service. We dropped the car off at 8 (opening). At 1 pm, we got our report. In addition to our repair, it said 7 o and we had always used dealers for service. We dropped the car off at 8 (opening). At 1 pm, we got our report. In addition to our repair, it said 7 other items failed inspection. But the video only suggested these matters. I accepted the one repair, and that was the last I heard. I couldn’t get through to anyone, and the one time I did get a live person at a different desk, I was told my inquiry would be forwarded to a supervisor. Still nothing. Finally, with no answers we went to the dealer and, after waiting in an understaffed line, found out the care was done, and had been for a while. No one called, and no one would have. When we dropped the car off, they said they wanted to earn our business. They didn’t, and nothing they did indicated any effort to do so. Upselling repairs and not responding to customers’ calls doesn’t inspire confidence. More

Took the car in to have the battery checked. They said 30 to 45 minutes. No communication for 5 hours. Back and forth multiple times before they let me know the battery needed replacing. Said they would call back when they find out if it’s under warranty. No call. I had to call twice to find out. Drop off at 815 and went to get the car at 545. If time is important to you do not use this service location. More
