Hi Leesa Since I could not get response from your Finance dept I called Ally to get the name and number of the third party company . Got that number and called them. They told ,me the refund was sent to the dealership on May 10. She also told me I needed to talk to the office manager not finance. No-one but this women gave me that info. I called to talk to the office manager. She told me I needed to talk to Theresa. Talked to Theresa she said she didn't have any info on the refund. I told her the girl at Ally said they sent it May 10. Theresa told me hum then I guess it would be there any day now. Did not take my number or offer to call me when it came in or offer to call the company about my refund. My name is Charlotte Meyer I bought a 2020 Mazda CX 5 on March 17.

Hello Charlotte, I spoke with Theresa and she said The Ally warranty for $2469.00 was refunded to Wells Fargo in April. We have not received the refund from the multi protect yet. She said you mentioned it was mailed to us on May 10th and she is keeping an eye out for it. I will stay on top of this to make sure you are kept up to date.

Rick I did not get to tell you everything that happened with the my car experience. I had come in on March 15 to look at cars. Spoke with Patrick . Took test drive. Asked him to send me a quote for buying the car I test drove. He said he would. Never got it on Monday. Sent text to Patrick on Tuesday. It was his day off and he said he had spaced out but would get his manager to send my a quote. Never got it. Patrick said his manager spaced out and had been very busy. Ryan was supposed to send me a quote at 8AM on March 17. Did not get it. Patrick said manager just spaced out and did not send it. At this time I should have gone somewhere else but did not. After I agreed to buy the car waited for several hours to see finance. Finally got that done thgen had to wait for the car to be washed. I was told by Patrick that I had to take the new car home and would have to leave my old car at the dealership. Since it was so late noone was there to follow me home with my other car. I wanted to drive my old car home and come get the new one the next day. Was told that was not allowed and he Patrick would drive my old car to my house. I said OK. Get a call later that night that I was going to have to drive Patrick back to the dealership after he drove my car to my house. By this time it was 9 at night. I don't see well in the dark and said I would pick my old car up tomorrow. Get new car home and it does not have the navigation system it should have. Patrick says you have to buy that separate. I bought the top of the line CX5 that included nav. He realizes that it is in his desk and forgot to put it in my car. You would think in the 5 hours I was at your dealership he would have had everything ready to go.

As of today, we still have yet to receive it from Ally. I have reached out to our Ally contact who is looking into the status of the refund for me and will be reaching back out as soon as he knows anything. Char1899.lucy, After speaking with our Ally Representative, he stated that part of the refund was sent and received by Wells Fargo on April 16th, they applied this to your loan. The other part of your refund was approved for cancellation on May 10th and a check is being cut in the next week to be sent to us, from what we were informed. I do apologize for the long delay in this getting finalized. He informed me that cancellations can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, once they receive all documents, to get approved.
