My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Sean just to look at a car. We were not planning on buying on the same day; however, when Sean first walked up to us we knew he was great! He made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our time with him! We know sales people have a bad rep; however, Sean was true to his word and stayed by our side through the entire process. He did not push, he was transparent, he was professional and he was funny! Great personality! People tend to remember names of those we felt made an impact to us! Sean, Angelica, Howard and Chris! We know if they are great, the entire team is great! We sat in the car and noticed the air was not working properly. We told Sean, and he made a call and got the car serviced and fixed before we even test drove it! So you know, we drove off the lot with the car! During a regular maintenance visit for 42,500 miles I was told that all fluids have been topped off. Well, a week later my windshield wiper fluid was gone. I asked to check on the state of the 12V battery. I told that all fluids have been topped off. Well, a week later my windshield wiper fluid was gone. I asked to check on the state of the 12V battery. I was told all is fine - but at home I could tell that there was significant amount of buildup near the positive terminal that is never a good sign. I can only take my Leaf in on weekdays as they usually do not have a Leaf specialist on weekends. I would like to like them more as they are the closest dealer to my location. The waiting area is clean, WiFi is good, there is coffee from nice espresso machine. More
