Disappointing and frustrating experience with the service department. When we purchased a used car here, they sold us a third-party extended warranty. Later, my son brought the vehicle in for standard repair department. When we purchased a used car here, they sold us a third-party extended warranty. Later, my son brought the vehicle in for standard repairs that turned out to be fully covered under that same warranty. However, the service team had him prepay for the work upfront-before knowing the warranty fully covered the repairs-something I've never encountered for routine repairs at any reputable shop. Now, they're refusing to refund the prepayment. Requiring full prepayment for normal maintenance and repairs is highly unusual and raises red flags. I strongly advise caution—steer clear of any dealership that operates this way. We won't be returning for any future service. More
